Speedier recruiting and seamless on-boarding with the help of Salesforce
Worldpay is the global leader in payment processing technology and solutions, processing over 40 billion transactions per year. They operate technology platforms that enable merchants to accept a number of payment types across multiple channels, anywhere in the world. They are trusted payment partners to some of the UK’s largest retailers including Arcadia, Clarks and Monsoon Accessorize.
As Worldpay grew, they realised that the way they managed their recruitment and on-boarding process could be improved. They were using an applicant tracking system which was not on the Salesforce platform and was challenging to configure. Sending out employment contracts and getting the candidate to sign was a manual and time-consuming process.
The Talent Acquisition team realised that, by automating some aspects of the process, they could speed up the hiring cycle and reduce internal administrative tasks.
HR Salesforce Org
The decision was made to move all HR processes onto the Salesforce platform. They worked with 4C on setting up a separate org to manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes. 4C implemented Jobscience, an applicant tracking system available from the Salesforce AppExchange. All open roles, job applications and candidate details can now be accessed via one central system, and both hiring managers and the HR team have full visibility of this information, speeding up the recruitment lifecycle and creating an improved user experience for both internal staff and candidates.
Speedier Candidate On-boarding
Worldpay worked with 4C to implement Conga, allowing them to automate their contract generation, as well as Docusign, to enable the electronic signature of contracts. This has made it easier and quicker for candidates to receive, review and return employee contracts, which has ultimately sped up Worldpay’s contract management and on-boarding process. The 4C Managed Service team has also helped build out new approval processes on Salesforce and automate the creation and update of employee profiles. This helped to improve the on-boarding experience for new candidates as well as saving time for the Talent Acquisition team.
