Orbis Protect is the UK’s leading provider of 24/7 people and property protection. Working with council’s, housing associations and commercial industries, Orbis protects over 50,000 properties and cleans and clears over 20,000 properties each year. They also manage lone workers for the public health sector, the police and a large number of private sector organisations.

It has enabled them to segment, target and deliver the right message, at the right time, to the right audience. Through these personalised campaigns, Orbis are seeing improved engagement and increased lead generation. And with Wave Analytics’ detailed insights they are able to easily evaluate and report on campaign effectiveness, pipeline and ROI.

Sales Cloud Integration
Orbis were already using Sales Cloud and wanted a solution that would integrate and work alongside that to encourage greater sales and marketing alignment. With its seamless integration, Pardot and Salesforce Engage has given the sales team complete visibility of all customer interactions and the power to respond to all engagements in real time. Understanding how customers are interactng with campaigns has encouraged better sales and marketing communication, with the sales team actively inputting their thoughts and ideas into marketing.
