What is Field Service Lighting?

Field Service Lightning leverages the power of the Salesforce platform to help dispatchers prioritise and schedule jobs more efficiently. Out in the field, mobile employees use the dedicated FSL app to fix problems right the first time. Managers gain insights into assets, maintenance plans, KPIs, and more.

Alongside ClickSoftware, 4C’s Field Service Lighting expert Hans Vanderwegen has put together a short demo outlining the key features of the tool, with insights and feedback on how to utilise Field Service Lightning.
