Johan Van Genechten
Johan founded 4C in 1997 after a career in consulting and setting up different spin-offs. He is passionate about levering new technologies to better support companies in becoming customer companies. His focus areas are Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, Internet of Things and Moment Engineering. Today Johan mainly focuses on the internationalisation of 4C, but is also involved in passing his knowledge and passion on to Masters Students at the University of Leuven as an Associate Professor.
As a background Johan is a Master of Engineering in Computer Sciences (1985), Master of Engineering in Industrial Management (1986), Master of Business Administration (1994) and believes in continuous development. Johan is married with 2 grown up children. In his spare time he loves travelling, exploring nature and new cultures, and is a fanatic reader.
CEO, UK and Middle East
Gareth has 10 years experience in business development, sales and senior management. As the CEO looking after the UK & UAE regions for 4C, he is responsible for the operation and execution of 4C’s strategy in these territories.
Gareth graduated with a BSc in International Management and Economics whilst studying in the United States and started his professional career in Boston Massachusetts with a number of successful tech startups. After moving back to the UK he founded CloudSocius which was acquired by 4C in 2016.
He is a lover of Liverpool football club, family and friends.
Pascal has a passion for customer management and technologies and significant experience in the insurance and B2B services industries. Prior to joining 4C in 1998, he worked for KBC in the customer management domain.
Pascal obtained a masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Louvain. He is married, has 2 children, and in his free time he likes running and travelling.
His favorite quote is “Creativity is inventing, experimenting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes, and having fun!”
Emmanuel thrives on learning and understanding new things everyday. From fluid mechanics, petroleum engineering and economics in the early days of his career, to IT networks and business strategy support as a CIO. He is now focussed on helping companies in their digital journey while growing the French team within the 4C group and the Salesforce ecosystem.
Emmanuel holds a Msc in Marine Engineering from Centrale Marseille (1989) and a Masters in Management of Information Systems from HEC Paris (2009).
Emmanuel would love to share more about his family, the last book he read or the last wine he tasted - once you know each other a bit better!
Anders has a strong passion for inspiring clients digital journey, executing business and digital transformation. For over a decade his focus has been on creating extreme high-performance teams. making heroes out of customers, and creating customer companies on the Salesforce platform.
Diving deep into Commercial Excellence with clients, his real passion is executing change management, with the approach of the Henry Ford quote: “One of the greatest discoveries a person makes, one of their great surprises, is to find they can do what they were afraid they couldn’t do”
Sometimes he can be found sailing or even dancing the Argentine tango, though seldom at the same time.
Bert Van De Velde
Group HR Director
Bert has devoted over 9 years of his professional life managing the HR function of 4C and is very proud of the contribution made to the growth of the company. Since 2017, he has operated on a group level and defines and implements the people agenda with a team of HR enthusiasts.
The aim of his team is to become the employer of choice in the CRM, Salesforce and Data Science markets in Europe. Hiring the right people, witnessing their progression and fulfilling their potential is what makes Bert proud and motivated to go to work every day.
Bert has 2 great little boys with his girlfriend, goes to as many music concerts & festivals as he can, and loves to read, cycle & run.
Strategic Client Officer
Kris Larivière is 4C’s Strategic Client Officer, managing major commercial accounts across the 4C group. He has 20+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, and holds a Masters of Business Administration and a postgraduate in Business Information Systems. Outside business hours, Kris loves the quality time with friends, family and 3 teenage kids, and playing his trombone.
Josh has 10 years experience growing and leading high-performing marketing teams for businesses in both B2B and B2C sectors. He has strategic and executional experience across all areas of the marketing mix, with a specific focus on digital marketing, brand messaging, events, lead generation and content. Day to day, he is responsible for the group marketing strategy, branding messaging and demand generation plans for each country.
Originally from Holywood (not the sunny one), Josh is often found visiting each of 4C’s offices across Europe and the Middle East. Outside of life at 4C and Salesforce, he is a sports fanatic, music lover and is currently on a mission to visit all the new 7 Wonders of the World.
During her career, Gisele gained a lot of experience in project management. Beside her role as IT Head for Europe, one of her most important missions was to lead as program manager, the world wide implementation of a global CRM solution with a special focus on process’ industrialisation, user adoption and quality of deliverables.

Managing Director (Middle East)
Post Graduating with a BSc in Business Economics from the University of Portsmouth, Jake began his career working as a Salesforce Analyst for Manchester United. This experience provided Jake with both the enthusiasm for Salesforce and also the determination to help other companies realise their potential with Salesforce. Thus, Jake joined CloudSocius in 2014 and has not looked back since. In 2016, he moved to Dubai to be involved with the setup of CloudSocius DMCC and is now responsible for delivering the growth targets of the 4C controlled entity. Outside of work, you will probably see Jake at one of Dubai’s numerous Golf Courses - these were a big factor in his decision to move to the UAE.
Group Quote-to-Cash Director
As Group Director for Quote to Cash EMEA, Nikhil is a member of the senior management team responsible for the strategy, execution and management of this practice. He spent the last 16 years in sales and consulting ambitiously leading cloud/IT transformations and specialising in sales transformation using CPQ since 2006 working with Oracle, SAP Callidus and Salesforce platforms. He holds an MBA from Swansea University with a focus on strategy consulting and sales transformation using CPQ which fueled his passion for digital transformation. Being brought up in many countries he continues to enjoy travelling with his partner exploring different cultures and cuisines.
Chief Finance Officer
Filip is an accomplished finance professional and Corporate Finance Advisor with more then 20 years’ experience in multiple industries with proven track record in optimizing organisational processes and structures. He worked and lived in South East Aise, such as Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Hong Kong helping technology companies in their growth path to success. Proud father and Husband of his filipino Son Matthew and Wife. Filip loves traveling with family and enjoys Asian culture & food.
