Pultron Composites is an industrial technology company that specialises in the development and manufacturer of composite fibre-reinforced pultrusions. It is a multi-national organisation, with offices worldwide including in the USA, U.K, UAE, with its headquarters in New Zealand.
Prior to adopting Salesforce, Pultron were using an excel based spreadsheet system to manage their global sales data and process. This proved to be challenging when operating satellite offices across different time zones. The team wanted to be able to manage and maintain data integrity, allowng them to forecast and more effectively plan resource. They also encountered the challenge of their pricing method and how sales managers could quote the right product with the right price.
Pultron Partner Community
Pultron use a Salesforce Community to manage their vast network of partners. This gives partners access to a defined sales cycle and allows Pultron staff to provide the guidance necessary through one medium of interaction. Pultron realise this benefit in the form of forecast accuracy and a complete view of their Sales pipeline.
Product Management Tool
Pultron use the product management tool within Salesforce where they have the products in different prices books with click of button sales managers can create a quote with the right product details and price.
