Vores firma

4C er EMEAs største uafhængige Salesforce-platinumpartner og en af de førende kundeorienterede konsulentvirksomheder i Belgien. Vores mission? I en verden, der bliver mere og mere kompleks, bidrager vi til et kundedrevet samfund ved at opbygge kundevirksomheder via Salesforce, dataanalyser og virksomhedsrådgivning.

Vi har udviklet kundeorienterede virksomheder siden 1997. Spol 21 år frem, og vi har leveret over 1.600 vellykkede projekter, vi er vokset til at have mere end 275 medarbejdere, har erfaring med levering af AI-projekter, inklusive Salesforce Einstein, og vi har en kundetilfredshedsvurdering på 9,46.

Vores hovedkontor ligger i Mechelen i Belgien, men vi har også store kontorer i London, Paris, København og Bruxelles. På alle 4C-kontorer finder du et team af eksperter i Salesforce CRM-løsninger og digitale guruer, som alle har et fælles mål om at opbygge kundeorienterede virksomheder via vores virksomhedsrådgivning (Design) og datastyringsydelser (Læring).

Who Are 4C ▶

Historien om de 4C’er

Tilblivelsen af 4C kan dateres til starten af 1990’erne, da services og kunder blev vigtigere og vigtigere (og stadig er) i forhold til produkter. Marketingmixet blev frem til da styret af de 4 P’er (som var meget ensrettet mellem en leverandør til en kunde), men skiftede til de 4 C’er (som var meget tovejsrettet, fra og til en kunde og en leverandør).

Kundeværdi (Customer Value)

En virksomhed kan kun sælge, hvad kunden specifikt ønsker at købe og værdsætter, så hvordan værdsætter en kunde os, vore services og produkter? Hvad er den livslange værdi af en kunde?

Omkostninger (Cost)

Prisen er kun en del af de samlede omkostninger for at tilfredsstille et krav eller behov. De samlede omkostninger vil for eksempel omfatte den tid, det tager at anskaffe en vare eller service, samvittigheden ved at forbruge det eller endda skyld “for ikke at bruge pengene på børnene”. Det indgår alt sammen i den totale omkostning ved ejerskab. Mange faktorer påvirker omkostningerne, inklusive, men ikke begrænset til, kundens udgifter til at ændre eller implementere det nye produkt og kundens omkostning ved ikke at vælge en konkurrents produkt eller service. Hvad er kundens faktiske bidrag? Og baseret på det, hvordan kan vi levere en differentieret service?

Bekvemmelighed (Convenience)

I vor moderne tid med internet, kataloger, kreditkort og smartphones behøver forbrugere ikke at tage nogen steder hen for at tilfredsstille et ønske eller et behov, og de er heller ikke begrænset til kun nogle enkelte steder, hvor de kan få ønskerne tilfredsstillet. Markedsføringsfolk skal vide, hvordan målgruppen foretrækker at købe, hvordan de kan være til stede og være allestedsnærværende, for at kunne garantere, at det er bekvemt at købe hos dem. Med internettet og metoder at købe på, bliver købsstedet mindre relevant. Bekvemmelighed handler om, hvor nemt det er at købe produktet, finde produktet, finde information om produktet og flere andre faktorer.

Kommunikation (Communication)

Mens reklame er “manipulerende” og kommer fra sælgeren, er kommunikation i stedet “samarbejdende” og kommer fra køberen med det formål at skabe en dialog med eventuelle kunder baseret på deres behov og livsstil. God kommunikation starter med at være god til at lytte; at lytte på tværs af forskellige kanaler og at lytte til kunders adfærd, så vi som en virksomhed kan reagere effektivt på den viden.

Gareth har 10 års erfaring med forretningsudvikling, salg og topledelse. Som den CEO, der står for områderne UK og UAE hos 4C, er han ansvarlig for driften og udførelse af 4Cs strategi i disse områder.

Gareth dimitterede med en bachelor i international ledelse og økonomi, da han læste i USA, og han begyndte sin professionelle karriere i Boston Massachusetts med en række vellykkede teknologiske startup-virksomheder. Efter at være flyttet tilbage til UK grundlagde han CloudSocius, som blev opkøbt af 4C i 2016.

Sam, an economics graduate, has been in commercial roles for 8 years. These positions have come in a variety of industries, speaking to either B2B or B2C client bases. In 2013, Sam joined Oracle where he spent 2 years in Ireland before moving to Dubai in 2015. With this move, he was part of a an initiative to grow their consulting business in the Middle East. Zohrab joined 4C Dubai in November 2018, has an entreprenaural background and worked for the big four consultancies before. He started his first venture focusing on a Cloud Solution (SaaS) with functionalities such as online- booking and payment, analytics and capacity management for the sports industry in 2013. In his past consulting roles he has consulted multinational coperations as the World Economic Forum, Nokia, ALDI and more. His technical expertise lies in Business Model Innovation / Optimization, Business Process Re-Engineering, Business Analysis, Business Intelligence (incl. predictive analytics) on the Force.com Platform. I started my career as a Customer Service Representative at Mobistar, where for 9 years I learned the ins and outs of Sales & Marketing. I was recruited as a Project Manager for an international Waste Management company called Van Gansewinkel, where I was introduced to the world of Salesforce. For six years now I have been working on the Salesforce.com platform, training and coaching end-users and in October 2013 I joined Corporate ICT to become a Salesforce Administrator and got Certified in April 2014. I am now a multi-certified Senior Salesforce Consultant and MVP, accredited by Salesforce in 2018. I love this CRM so much, that I spend time in the evenings and on the weekend to learn more about the platform and its possibilities.

Ali Hussain

Senior Project Manager

Ali is a Bahraini national with eight years’ certified experience in project management and business analysis. His recent prior experience was as an IT Project Manager with Motorola Solutions successfully delivering Salesforce transformation projects. He has completed his BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada where he has lived for the past 11 years before joining 4C. Outside of work, he is currently in the process of completing his MBA with the University of Warwick in the UK, but in his free time, he enjoys playing water sports and watching hockey. Go Canucks!

Although she has lived in London for the last 8 years her slight Northern accent still sometimes peaks through.
