innocent Drinks is a company that makes smoothies and juices. The company sells more than two million smoothies per week and is one of the most widely recognised consumer brands in the U.K. Customers range from newsagents, boutique coffee shops to the worlds largest multi-national retailers.
innocent approached us looking to replace their dated Excel sheets system. innocent wanted to make the move away from Excel to an automated solution built on the SFDC platform. The new solution needed to be fully mobile, allowing their Field Sales team to easily view how innocent’s products were performing in store, by analysing product placement, range and selection.

Using Sales Cloud, we build a custom button and report that allowed innocent to automate the monitoring of stock patterns, helping sales reps to conduct ‘white space’ analysis within the app and spot opportunities within the current account base.
Customer revenue calculator
Built on the Salesforce platform, we developed a product calculator for innocent that let them forecast the value of stock sold to customers over a 12 month period, which could be altered for future price changes and product strategy changes.
