Ocean Outdoor was growing quickly, taking on more sites across the country and working with a larger number of clients. The management team decided it was time to introduce a single CRM platform to meet the changing needs of the business.
Working with 4C, Ocean Outdoor wanted a Salesforce system that could be used right across the business to help them view key metrics, have the ability for their sales team to use a bespoke planning and booking site calendar, while having the flexibility to develop and evolve their Salesforce platform as the business continued to grow.
Site booking calendar
As Ocean Outdoor’s portfolio of sites continued to grow, the booking calendar allowed their sales reps to check site availability when out in the field and kept a central record of what was still available and at which sites. Our Managed Service team worked cloesly with Ocean Outdoor to develop a tool that was one of the first of its kind in the media sector in the UK.
Bespoke confirmation system
Using Conga Composer, we developed a booking confirmation system that allowed Ocean Outdoor to generate confirmations at the click of a button that could then be automatically distributed to media buyers and clients and tied into invoicing.
