Last month, 4C celebrated the first anniversary of its Dubai office opening, and what a year it’s been. Having worked in the cloud technology space for over 5 years respectively, Jake Callaway and Sam Wolfenden embarked on the journey of establishing 4C’s presence in the United Arab Emirates. After months of tenacity, a fair few air miles and the successful establishment of the 4C and Salesforce UAE relationship, the two of them officially opened the office on the 10th level of Dubai’s Swiss Tower in June 2016.
Growth is a serious business here at 4C and thanks to a combination of our brilliant recruiters and the 4C culture resonating strongly with Dubai’s top talent, Jake and Sam didn’t stay as just a duo for long. They are now supported by a team of 5, with a combined total of 10 Salesforce certifications and more than 20 projects completed to date.
Divya Asuri Narasimha Chary joined as a Delivery Consultant in December 2016 and hasn’t looked back since. ‘The culture of the team here is key to the success we have seen. We build the best solutions for our customers and have fun doing it’. The UAE team is continuing to look for local talent and we are always updating our careers page with the latest opportunities.

Of stellar importance to the success of our UAE operations is the relationship we have with Salesforce. They have acted as instrumental regional advisors who know the market and have seen how it has evolved over recent years. And as a key local partner we have supported Salesforce with their growth in the Middle East. This is reflected by some of the incredible clients we have onboarded over the past year. From signing our first customer Urbanise to adding the likes of Enterprise Systems, Aesseal and Providence Life to our client portfolio as the year progressed, we are excited to watch the success of our clients as they transform into more customer centric companies.
Overall, taking a look back over the past year and forward into the next things are looking really positive for the team of Salesforce stars in Dubai. ‘I have been beyond impressed by the fantastic regional growth we have seen there’ said Gareth Stephens, CEO UK & Middle East at 4C. ‘It is such a fantastic time to be a part of the business and I’m excited to see how it develops over the next few years.
