Rain Bird is the world’s leading manufacturer and provider of irrigation products and services. Since 1933, Rain Bird has offered broadest range of irrigation products for farms, golf courses, sports arenas, commercial developments and homes in more than 130 countries around the globe.
Prior to adopting Salesforce, Rain Bird was running its entire U.A.E business from an Excel spreadsheet. This approach started to prove problematic as they continued to expand across the MENA Rain Bird lacked a formal process to help them manage their sales pipeline, and as interest in their product ramped up, Rain Bird needed a better insight and overview of their pipeline and forecast. Following this realisation, Rain Bird made the decision to move their business onto the Salesforce platform, and contacted Salesforce Platinum partner, 4C Dubai to help them begin their Sales Cloud implementation.
Sales Management Process
Rain Bird ME operates across different countries, making sure that they had everything in one place with the same sales process was vital to their sales teams. To address this, 4C built a wide ranging solution on Salesforce’s Sales Cloud, where Rain Bird’s Sales Managers are now able to collaborate, giving a complete overview of the sales process, and allowing them to close more deals faster.
User adoption training
Making sure all employees had a understanding of how to properly use the company’s new Salesforce platform was crucial, and following Rain Bird’s Sales Cloud implementation, the 4C team supported the Rain Bird Sales and Marketing team with the rollout, including bespoke training on all the features and functions of Salesforce.
